The second video, "Intermediate," is made for girls who have played some soccer, know the basic rules, but have a desire to improve their skills and learn the strategies that will make them winners. Lessons include trapping, defending, tackling, chipping, headers, volleys, half-volleys, more advanced footwork and goal scoring. Mia Hamm, Tiffeny Millbrett and Lorrie Fair also teach the value of practice, setting goals, teamwork, avoiding fouls, sportsmanship and dedication. It is a perfect stepping stone towards becoming a successful team player and goal scorer.
The final video in the series, "Advanced," is for athletes who are good at playing soccer but would like to become GREAT. Lessons include teaching game strategies, jump headers (attacking and defensive), defending, tackling the ball, trapping, decision making, advanced passing, short passes, bending passes, long passes, power shooting, shooting the bending ball and the chip shot. The video imparts the value of hard work and dedication, the importance of conditioning and staying in shape, leaving a legacy to those who follow in the game, preparation and respect for themselves, their coaches, the referees and other players. It's the perfect conclusion to the series, giving the soccer player all the knowledge she needs to become the best soccer player possible.
