How To Order Stock Footage 1) Call us at 800-365-8433 between 9AM and 6PM Monday through Friday. (In San Diego call (619) 644-3000.) We will research your request for FREE to determine whether we have the shots you need. 2) If we have the image(s) you are looking for, we will compile a time-coded window dub (a VHS videotape) at $35 per editing hour. One hour is generally sufficient to complete a reel of your specified images. 3) We will need your FedEx number, and on initial orders, unless other arrangements are made, a credit card number (VISA/MasterCard). On successive orders, we will accept your purchase order number. 4) If after viewing the demo reel, you would like to purchase clips, give us the clips (time-code numbers) and we will determine cost according to usage, term (time of usage), territory, etc. Our pricing ranges from $25/second or less for non-broadcast and $35+/second for broadcast clients. We will ship to your FedEx number (or other shipping number) a Beta SP, digital or High Definition dub from the original master, per your shipping instructions. 5) If we do not have the shot you want, we may be able to locate it through another producer or stock-footage house.
